Need contact info for Los Flemates in Maneadero

Anyone have the phone number and maybe even a contact name (english speaking) for the lumber yard in Maneadero call Los Flemates? It's on the south side of town by the big curve.
Thanks

I live here but haven't heard much about los Flemates. Most gringos (including a couple of builders) swear by Materiales Chito in Ensenada. Address is 1000 Sangines (easy to find from the Reforma); tel # 176 2666.

You're guessing right and I'll make both calls tomorrow and report back.

OK - here's the deal: Called the above number that Grover posted and got to a gentleman named Oliver whose english is way better than my spanish. He gave me his e-mail addy with instructions to send him my order which he would price out and return the quote to me and payment instructions. Delivery to my lot in BOLA.
Wow - we'll see.
Any comments/warnings etc?

Oliver was running the Constructorama in Maneadero a few years back. He does speak fluent english and seemed like a good guy... very helpful to me. I think he is trustworthy and his advice/recomendations are true.
