Don't take a whiz on an electic meter box

TIJUANA - For taking care of his physical necessities on an electic meter box, a man was left dead after receiving an electrical discharge that killed in instantly."

["Una descarga eléctrica lo mató"

TIJUANA.- Por hacer sus necesidades frente a una caja de medidor de luz, un hombre quedó sin vida al recibir una descarga eléctrica que lo mató de manera instantánea.

Didn't the MYTH BUSTERS do a show on that?

Whew...there are a lot of different ways to get dead. Many of them have Charles Darwin's name associated with them.

I caught a guy taking a wiz on my front door the other day. I wish I had a metal door and some jumper cables.

The Last Wizz

A neighbor of mine (retired Electrician) in the High Desert years ago had a problem with a Male Cat spraying his door screen at night. He put down a metal foot mat in front of the screen, wired both and that night was the last time the cat sprayed. Although the cat apparently wasn't killed, its screech made it clear that it was unhappy.

Problem solved.

my grandpa was tired of the racoons stealing his watermelons out of his garden, Kansas wheat farmer ya know with a heart as big as a harvest moon..........so he rigs up some leftover cattle elec fence and sets the device to cattle amps instead of little creature amps.

got up one morning and fouind a little youngin racoon with one paw drapped over the fence dead and electrocuted....he took down the fence and decided he could share the rest of his melons.....he was quite a guy. i miss him deeply. his son preceeded him in death.

In 1999 my Rotty Arnold and I camped at Bahai Kino in Sonora, where there was a ground fault in the RV park system (we measured it, about 24VAC). Arnold made the mistake of peeing on the hub of the old converted Greyhound bus next to us . . ..

After that he would make a 3/4 mile detour to get back to the camper rather than pass by our neighbor.
