No, originally we were going to have it managed but have since changed our minds. It may be on the market soon though, we have made an offer on a beach front house in Rancho Leonero and it looks like it's going to go through...dt

I've landed at Punta Colorada a number of times and much prefer dirt to asphalt but will still be leaving the plane at Punta Pescadero. There is a little bit of security there even though a couple of 200 series Cessnas have been stolen there recently. They don't seem to want the tail draggers, too hard to drive I guess. They charge $25 a week to park there which is pretty cheap.

There is a lot of development planned for the area but we all know how things are in Baja. We're looking forward to whatever happens....its all good in Baja....dt
