lot for sale in San Lucas (by sta. rosalia)

A fisherman from here asked me to put his lot on this forum. It is 600 sq.meters on a corner in the village a couple streets up from the highway in San Lucas. He wants $5,000 for it and is selling because of a medical emergency with his wife. It has clear title and is ready for a fideocomiso or whatever.

Shari,

If I hear I will gladly pass it on, however, where is the lot so I can be more precise.

Using the main paved street as a starting point. I live 4 blocks west, 1/2 block north.

Its on a street called Prof Antonio Romero, yep, we have street names now.

600 meters is around a quarter acre. 1000 meters would be large. Is that really considered normal size? My lot is 20 by 30 meters, 600 square, and for residential I wouldn't want much more.

Dennis,

FYI, my lot in Punta Chivato is 1300m2. (Within 12 miles of San Lucas)

Dennis,

I do believe lots here in San Lucas are 25 X 40. Mine is, and it is considered a normal lot.

However, the thread is not about lot size, but its availability. I am not trying to disprove any sizing specs, only trying to clarify the lot size for any potential lookers.
