Shipping in Baja.. Questions

HI..
I was surprised last month when I went to ship spme chargers to my friend in Acapulco that one must have a customs form to ship things from Tijuana because this is the border zone.. Which is ok.. its 15% tax etc etc.. BUT one cant't (I don't think so) import used electronics into mexico.. I sell Used BlackBerry's on ebay now, BUT would love to sell them on MErcado LIbre.. BUT the problem is.. Shipping them.. Since I cant import and pay tax's on a used electronic.. and you need a customs form saying you paid tax to send estafeta .. what can I do?? I was thinking... IN Baja California Sur.. is it diffrent.. is it still considered the frontera? If I took a bus down once a week and shipped out from there, would things be diffrent? Could I ship without having a customs form? and if so.. at what point.. or city would that point be.. Thanks:?:

Make sure you have a Visa with a work endorsement, otherwise you might not want to go public with your enterprise.

most folks who will be in the market for a bb will need a factura. ship down anything from the us and you/they wil need to be imported properly. to import goods to loreto i pay 37% but the delivery is excellent and fast and with factura which is much needed. i just bought a new bb for $1500 pesos in february and think it was a good deal. why would i want to buy a used one then pay utrageous shipping costs then i can get one right here brand new? i'm waiting for the 3g tech to make it here to loreto then i'll get a 3g iphone here's the cost and info from telcel

drive them to ensenada and ship via bajapack directly to the city whre the buyer is located. they see you with a package in tj and then they'll send you to customs first but they don't do it so much in ensenada, unless they see you doing it a lot. i'm sure you could make a hell of a business doing that for not only used bb's and electronics but other stuff as well.
