I'm wondering the same also. I believe
it is still the same 6/2009 when all
US citizens entering the Us by land
must show passport/passcard.
Came back a couple weeks ago,
showed my 50 some yr. old original
birthcert. Just guessing, I doubt Mex Immigration
would be familiar with the passcard yet,
I believe the passcard is only 6 weeks
old or so. I'm under the impression
Mex Imm still takes Us birthcerts for FMT's.
Would be a bit of a waste to get
a passcard, then Mex Imm hops on
the bandwagon and demands Us passoprts
for FMT's
