Mood: Wondering what our Nit-Wit elected officials are doing now?

Punta Banda - Toscanos

We recently spent time in Punta Banda at Tocanos. Our trip to and from the border was uneventful with no problems.

Following is a copy of an e mail sent to Dales Dive Shop doing dives out of Toscanos in Punta Banda. This e mail bounced since I apparently have an outdated e mail address for Dales

Subject: Toscanos - Camping

Attended the recent Chili Cookoff on the 16th and camped at Toscanos. For dry camping it was o k but the noise level from your compressor was not ok. An adequate muffler on the unit would, I am sure, help a lot. In any case if you are trying to run off campers by running the compressor all day for several days including early Sunday morning you have done it. There were several unhappy campers in their RVs that were not pleased.

We visit Baja often but have never encounterd this kind of noise level. It would be appreciated by those that camp at Toscanos if you could remedy the problem.

Thank you,
Art
