The price is unlikely, which suggests "too good to be true" and they are not from the area...

This is a joke. Why would someone choose an agent in a different state? Why would a sale be undervalued 1:100?

It's sad to see so much nonsense in Mexico.

But if you can wire a cash deposit we can setup a deal and a discount?

The deal has to be completed immediately because a problem in the family, so we need you to wire a deposit right away to hold the property for you.

Buyer beware. This woman Gabriella is also known as Gabby in the Punta Chivato area.It is the same woman who left the area after taking deposits on waterfront property there that did not belong to her.The reason she is up north is that there is a arrest waiting for her in Santa Rosalia. Be forewarned.

Will you be importing the grey whales from the Pacific side, or will they be taking the Escalera Nautica, or is this on the Pacific side? Is there electricity there, or will it hook up to the Loreto Bay windmills?

And if I get on the list for water, how MUCH water? I hear things about water in Mulege lately.

Wow, so much potential!

we will ofer 2 kinds of water for your convenience.
1st, heavy water that you can use in Nuclear power at your self contained digs.
and 2nd lite water that has fewer calories and will help you lose weight.
