Just trying to offer fellow nomaders a good deal if there looking. Then some dumb ass has to put you down. Keep milk from my kids mouth. this is the
real estate for sale board...What an idiot

Way to make friends Riptide. Great sales technique! You're not hired for my team. I think potential buyers couldn't care less about the milk in
your kids mouths and nasty, defensive responses just got you no where.
No comment on your original post, but after your last post, I'm with Winkler.
Anything you might have hoped to generate has probably gone away.......

Grover you’re absolutely right. It did get me frustrated. This was the second time I have posted good opportunities for Baja nomaders. And for the
second time in a row the first post is from a person that has no clue. They tarnish the original post. I have great opportunities in real estate,
relocation information and so much more just to help out and for the persons that would be interested in the Ensenada area. I have received many u2u

first I am NOT a pro realtor!
I am a retired LA Contractor. That has some good deals for nomaders. Come and meet me first, and see what I have to offer... before you make an
opinion...
Taking money from my pocket is never acceptable!

Riptide you have been a member for 6 months and posted 20 or so times
16 have been about real estate for sale and 2 for a boat and 4 or 5 were slams, at a nomad ,all at a time when no one is buying much of any
thing i am kind of wondering if they are contractors lien sales and you are not as much trying to give nomads a good deal as you hope to find some
one who has a spendable income i also wonder if you would be posting if you had to pay for the adds

That's a good price especially considering the location and the size of the house and lot. I really like that area. Pay attention to those interested
in buying and ignore the rest. Glad to hear that Mexicans are taking advantage of these lower prices. Same is true in Playas de Tijuana.
Please don't stop advertising on Bajanomad. I'm shopping around the Tijuana - Ensenada coastal area for a couple of friends that live in San Diego.
I'll send them links to your ads. One friend just bought in playas.
