Wow Larry, good for you... That was one long listing! I sent prospects your way... but when the airstrip Capt. Muñoz built wasn't kept open there, I think it killed that sale.

Thanks guys, and yes it is nice to have the old place behind me. The new owners have rented from me for 4 years so they are very familiar with it. About 6 years ago Lois and I bought a newer house about a mile form the old one so I'm still in BoLA. Stop by anytime for a cold one, I keep domestic and imported drinks on hand.

We're on line early this morn. I took that freezer up to the graded road and set it beside the road. It was gone in less than half and hour. I think one of the Murillos got it. :yes:
