seafood escabeche

Woody in OB posted a picture of a jar of seafood escabeche - anybody have a recipe for a dish using it?
If I knew what I was doing I would post the picture & thread, but it's not happening for me.

"while you're there, ask about the seafood escabeche. basically it is octopus, mussels, caracole, lobster, abalone in different combinations that are mixed with a a jalapeno and onion in pickling spice.

prices vary depending on contents and seasons. VERY GOOD!!!!"

Might help if you know what is in it. Above post is from Woody in OB.
