ABC Buses Tijuana-Ensenada

Had a few questions regarding the service if you have any experiences.

I can't find a timetable on the web - I know they leave every half an hour. (both tij and ensenada)

How much is the fare?
You pick it up at amistad and frontera?
Where does it let it off?

I found this site on the web. I have no idea if it is current.. but should give you some idea of the prices. It sounds like you have the correct location of the bus station for ABC.

http://www.advantagemexico.com/tijuana/transportation.html

I'm not sure where it lets off.. but there are almost always a few taxis waiting if you are too far to walk or don't feel like figuring out the local buses once you arrive.

Have a great trip.

I took it three years ago. The price was a little over $10.00.

In Tijuana, you pick it at amistad and frontera. Which is straight ahead from where you enter Mexico. Its where all the white Taxi Libres are waiting. You might have to ask someone on the street. You can also pick up a bus at the main Tijuana bus station, 7 miles away in La Mesa.

It drops you off eithier at Ave. Juarez (five blocks west of the water) or at the main bus station in Ensenada. I thinks its at Miramar and Calle 12. (12 blocks west of the water).

in ensenada it stops at gastelum and 6th and then at the main station, at riveroll between 10th and 11th. taxis abound at both locations.

The above information is correct. I had my sister meet me in Ensenada for vacation and she had no problem getting from the border to Ensenada by bus. I believe you can get a bus from the Central Camionera in Tijuana to Ensenada too.

Just make sure you ask for a ticket for the "express" bus -- TJ to Ensenada.
