Cab drivers are protesting by not using it because of dangers.

Flowers: do I read this right - they are not driving after 5:00pm (darkness)? What is your feeling regarding driving during the daylight hours, say from 8:00am to 4:00pm? I took it once in the late morning and liked it.

It's a beautiful stretch of highway to drive in daylight. A miserable gauntlet to run after dark. Simple enough for me to understand.
