Building in Loreto

OK, here is the $64,000 question. (I am showing my age with that question!). I own several lots in "Gringolandia", Loreto and I want to start to improve one of those 10 meter X 28 meter lots. It already has water, electric and sewer to the property.

Due to my work in the States I can only make it down to Loreto around 4 times a year and can not be present while any improvements are being made and there is one of the big problems of improving the lot, not being there to see things along.

Does anyone have a good, honest construction person or company that can:

Build a wall around the property with one or 2 gates?
Build a cement pad for my RV or 5th wheel?
Build a Palapa to cover my RV or 5th wheel?

For the most part I will not be there to supervise the job so I need an honest hard working person or crew to start and COMPLETE THE JOB with me being there to make the deal, pay some deposit money, maybe fly down once while it is going on and come back once again when everything is complete and pay the balance.

Does any one know anyone that has done work for you that you can recommend? I will be in Loreto from Sunday, 11/30 and departing on Sunday, 12/7.

By the way, if anyone knows who might be interested, I am considering selling my 1970 21 foot Winnebago with only 62,000 original miles. It runs good and everying works inside including a great roof air conditioner that keeps the unit ice cold even in the summer months in Loreto! It is located in Loreto and can be shown while I am down there. What is it worth, who knows? I do not need the money, so trades for ? will be considered including work on the lot.
