Mexican Holiday

We are leaving for La Paz on Wednesday and will be there a week. We need to pay our taxes and Fide but I hear there is a Mexican Holiday sometime during the week we are in La Paz --19-25-- Can anyone confirm the date of any holiday during that period and do you know if tax offices or banks will be closed-- thanks-- Norm

Revolution Day is the 20th of Nov. but they are celebrating the holiday today, Monday, to make it a long weekend...so...no worry, methinks...

Quote:

MONDAY, NOVEMBER 17 Mexican Revolution Day: This is an official holiday, so expect banks, government offices and some businesses to be closed for the day.

Quote:

THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 20 Mexican Revolution Day: parade today. Look for action on the Malecon at about 9 a.m.

This is the info I found on Roz in La Paz.
