Un-armed in Rosarito Beach

You'd think in honor of the Thanksgiving Holiday they would have started with the drumsticks...

"Rosarito Beach police reported finding a dismembered male body in a car on the city's main thoroughfare.

Police in Rosarito Beach said that at 7 a.m. yesterday (sunday), officers found the body of man whose arms had been cut off in the trunk of a Ford Escort. The body was inside a plastic bag."

It was probably a thief and the person received street justice.
