Portable GPS?

Anyone have a recommendation for a portable GPS system which includes Mexico maps?

Looking at either the Nuvi 260w, which doesn't have all the features I would like
or
maybe getting a Nuvi 760 and buying the Mexico map.

thoughts? suggestions?
