Mystery man blamed for gruesome Tijuana deaths

All about our neighbor Teo: the Good- likes private horse races in Ensenada, the Bad- Holds TJ kidnap victims in cages, and the Ugly- he kills for fun and liquifies his enemies in acid.

He is so feared that no one will print his picture- not even for a wanted poster.

"Garcia's alleged criminal empire is built largely on kidnappings and extortion, a model for a post-drug-war crime boss who, starved of narcotics profits, resorts to bloodier, homegrown pursuits."

Well, if his picture is #27 and he has all of this going down around him on his being the "shot caller," what does a real killer need to do to be number #1:O??? Later----------------------------------- bajafun777

I find it very disturbing that NO ONE, will even print his photo. Getting sent to an on-line web site for reporting narco tips and looking at pic #27 is the best they can do?

Apparently he has motorcycle cops working for him. The 3 kidnap victims freed yesterday said their whole ordeal began after they were pulled over by a TJ motorcycle cop. One lost a finger, which I assume was to encourage payment of ransom. Could have been a lot worse.

6:00 a.m. December 19, 2008
TIJUANA — Mexican soldiers freed three kidnapped businessmen Wednesday evening after an anonymous tip led them to a home, authorities said at a news conference yesterday.

Soldiers said they encountered little resistance when they stormed the home. They arrested eight men and confiscated 25 guns and more than 3,000 rounds of ammunition, army officials said.
Based on information gathered at the home, soldiers went to a residence in another neighborhood, where three more men were arrested. They are accused of participating in the attack on the Baja California Attorney General's Office in Tijuana early Wednesday. The attackers apparently were trying to free two colleagues, army officials said.
Three state police officers were wounded as they repelled the attack on the state office.
In interviews, the kidnapped men said they were taken by force while driving in the city, with one of them saying he was first stopped by someone dressed as a police officer on a motorcycle. The men had been held captive for at least 25 days, and one said one of his fingers was cut off.

His days are numbered, everyone wants him dead, including cops, military, and rivals, a guy so violent like that is never going to be able to be top boss.

Read the L.A. Times article. I guess if a motorcycle cop trys to stop you, you better find a busy spot to pull over where there are a lot of people or ???

I want to know why all these criminals are wearing coats and ties. Who dresses up for a mug shot? Plus it appears all the photos were taken from the same distance with the same background.

Perhaps they are all photos during their previous jobs as Tijuana cops. No wonder they have police IDs.

Something doesn't add up, or did I just "add it up".
