Cool Summer Rental in Bahia Asuncion
The newly constructed home of our artist/potter friends is available for rent for the months of April - September while they return to Canada for the
summer gallery season.
The 2 story house is built to take full advantage of the sunrise and sunset ocean views. Located in the uphill area of town, the many windows are
placed to catch the cooling summer breeze and the views from the upstairs patio and sundeck are stunning.
The downstairs features the kitchen, living room with pullout couch, bathroom, and spacious studio Upstairs is the large bedroom with a balcony facing
east for morning coffee, and terrazza facing west for afternoon whale watching, sunbathing, sunset happy hour, and stargazing. High speed internet
is available and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. We prefer longer term rental but would consider weekly if there are openings.

hmmm...I see the pics on my computer...anyone else having trouble?? dorado and YT wont make an appearance till september...maybe late august if the
water warms up sooner...

this place has the best views around...360 degrees...sunrise and sunset...the party patio up top rocks...great for dancing under the stars and neked
sunbathing. It is close to the old cemetary up by Lupitas house...up the hill from the taco stand. We have had some good parties there and look
forward to many more...and the studio also works great for a dance floor!

Photos are there now for us to see. Their place looks great since the last time that we have seen it. They have done a wonderful job. Great price
to for someone to stay long term.
