Hey Luis....Are you or is anybody moving property over there? Nothing seems to be happening out here and I was wondering what was happening in the Mexican community. Thought you might know.

lots are selling pretty good. there has been a shift and the mexicans are trying to buy before the prices in ensenada beach areas become out of reach
