2 Loreto Lots - Bargain

Hi All!
I have two bargain priced lots for sale in a new Loreto neighborhood about 1 mile from the Marina and about 1/3 mile from downtown.

The neighborhood has a lot of newly completed homes and many under construction at this time. In fact, a noted Loreto architect has his home across the street from my lots. Also, there is a nice park very close to and visible from the lots.

Lot #13 - $18,000 USD, lot #12 - $19,000 USD. The lots are contiguous and they are each 2,580 sq ft for a total of 5,160 sq ft. The lots have city services: underground sewer and water, above ground electricity and telephone, concrete sidewalks and paved streets. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the Marina.

If you are interested, send me an email at: Info@Baja-Lots.com

If you want to see the lots and Loreto, go to my website at www.Baja-Lots.com for videos and a map. Also, the website has a great deal of up-to-date information on Cost of living in Loreto and La Paz, construction costs, Baja's economy, real estate info, History of Loreto, fishing and diving, the purchase closing process, banking, utitilities, labor rates, etc., etc., etc.

La Ray Doh ! ?

Hey Mitch,

You put together an informative photo slide collection for your lots. And your prices seem very fair.

Humble suggestion...: You may want to edit your dialogue on your slideshow to pronounce Loreto "Low ret oh" rather than "Low ray doh".

Good luck with your project!

Laredo

Mitch

I was giggling when I heard you say "Laredo", too.

Laredo is in Texas......but you knew that.

Man, am I embarassed!

I am of Mexican heritage, and am "sort of fluent" in Spanish. My parents and aunts and uncles spoke Spanish around us kids all the time. I have no good excuse. I guess I am just a "pocho born in Los Angeles" and grew up in Orange County, California.

I am working on an updated and more complete video of Loreto for the website. Glad you guys and gal mentioned "the problem". It will be corrected.

Paula, you are very kind. For the record, I fly Volaris out of TJ. OH, MAN, now I guess I have absolutely NO EXCUSES!

MitchMan, I would think they know how to say it on Volaris. But every time I'm on an Alaska plane bound for this nice little town I have anxiety attacks about ending up in Texas, and being caught in some drug-related crossfire:O:lol:
