meat cuts

I know that in some thread the different cuts of meat were discussed and for most the Mexican translation to similar US cuts were mentioned.
Don't seem to be able to find it. Help someone.:?:

Try looking under Baja Recipes. I know various cuts of meat were discussed there some time back.

Meat cuts? Best cuts of meat I ever saw where at the grocery store in San Ignacio. The meat was hanging on some sort of wooden rack, no refrigeration, no screen doors. It really looked good! One of those do it yourself meat markets. Reminded me of getting elk meat ready to load up on the horses.:D
