Todos Santo arson?

The Western Onion has had several posts regarding recent home arsons in Todos Santos. Does anyone have info regarding what part of town or specific targets?

No need to worry, the Authorities are there to Protect and Serve.

It had been stated on another thread that there was a surfeit of spec homes in the area. But, unless there's sufficient insurance on a property, there's no incentive.

Urban renewal? Bad neighbors? :?: Incentive? Depends? Might have a builder that needs work. Vacant lots=work if the burned-out folks want to rebuild. :?: Guess that's a negative take on it all, but what the heck. Otherwise, there's a pyromaniac running around down there. :O
