positively yummy salsa
Gonna have some friends over this weekend so I thought I'd whip up a little fresh salsa for them.....
sorry, can't share the EXACT recipe, but it starts with 80# (yes, that's 80 POUNDS) of fresh tomatoes, onions, green peppers, cilantro and jalapenos.
Just trying to spread some cheerful stuff.

You're missing salt, garlic and fresh lime juice.

naw, didn't miss them, I just said it "starts" with 80# of fresh veggies. Couldn't eat it without the garlic, salt and lime. and a few other
spices.

Oh bajabound, I'd never contaminate a good salsa with lite beer. Yea, I
hate to admit it, but that was the only beer can left over from a family get-together the weekend before. I had to put something in there for scale.
Thanks Captn Mike, glad you like chipotle dip. I'm working on getting the other stuff in production. Had some good feed back, but still hoping for a
few more survey return.

Is that a jug of distilled White vinagar in the second photo? Maybe, that's the secret ingrediant!
I guess you could cut in down to 20 lbs of tomatos and make a smaller batch, huh?
Looks Yummy!

Bob H - the chipolte dip i think was caused magic dust? or desert dust? anyway it is yummy and came with the test bottles Bajanutz sent me.
at 1st i didn't like it much, the dip. then with time everything jelled and it grew on me. not too hot really and you can jazz it a bit with her other
sauces.
order some. you're a beer drinker - pop some and pair.

Right On! Now I can write off the trip as a business expense!
Per request, I'm working on the sour cream dip recipe to share. As I'm not really selling it right now, I'll share the recipe once I get it reduced
to a managable size.
