Weather Station Pic Punta Chivato

I'm going to try to post these shots more often as summer continues.
If you would like one on any particular day or time I'll try to post it.
Edit: Caught by the spell cop
Edit: took off the date. I'll try to post weather station shots often.

Russ, we had our first day with humidity levels under 30% in three weeks, yesterday. It hit about 22%. It was accompanied by the highest temps we've seen over here in our year here; 101.3. Wind was blowing at around 25 knots most of the day out of the north. A Sonoran Santa Ana for sure.

What was yesterday like over there, for comparison's sake?

Yeah, it's become a repeat of yesterday over here. 99 and 20% right now. Whipping wind, too.

We'll take the 29% humidity any day! Wish we were there right now. Bet you guys won't be using baby powder today!

On Edit: Corn starch baby powder is the best!

Punctuation Central here: misplaced apostrophe. The word is lots. Please pass excess punctuation on to Spelling Police for re-use as comma.

What's the make and model of this weather station? And, yes, please post updates from time to time; they're very interesting, especially to those of us in BCN.

bajamigo, Davis Vantage Pro2, I got it from: http://www.weathershack.com/
They have lots of models.
It started off windy at "O" dark thirty this AM so I closed a some doors and windows expecting another storm. After I got the coffee started the skies were just starting to lighten up and the sky to the North was DARK and South it was clear and the moon shinning bright. Checked eebmike.com and it showed a storm just North of us. Wind died and the doors & windows opened again. After the sunrise, mostly clear skies and NO wind. Here's what it looks like now. A bit wierd having a South breeze but I think in a bit it'll come out of the NE as normal.
Edit: 9:12 and it's 90º and 56% hum now. Breeze still S.

Bajamigo, I think you should get one of the weather stations, so that we would know the local conditions. If you don't, I might be tempted.

Here's a comparison chart: http://www.weathershack.com/compare-weather-stations/complet...
I had a La Crosse station and I had to trash it because La Crosse has no service help. Weather Shake sent some info on the problem I was having and basically the unit was junk. Davis has a huge support group and Weather Shake will help too.

Here it is almost 1PM and we've had our "normal" NE wind for awhile now.

Bajaguy gave me one, which is currently among the missing in my storage area. Just got rid of my Starband antenna but kept the mast, so I hope to be up and running soon. I really like Russ' setup, though.

Geez, Russ, that's a pretty high heat index inside the house.

I'm thinking you spend some serious time on the back porch with a Pacifico or Tecate nearby.
