Paulina...you should try to participate in a cabelgata some year...just awesome...even if you had to borrow a horse, it's such a great experience. i love to see the families ride together.

Thank you Astrobaja, I've put the info you provided in my baja file for future reference.

Shari, I would LOVE to participate if Americanos are welcome to take part in that tradition.

Dern and I are liking Asuncion more and more as we see/hear/learn about the old school baja traditions that are still alive and kicking within the community. We are seeing less and less in "other places" that we frequent.

Mulege has many fine horses.


A couple riding along the Mulege river trail. Can anyone identify the guy without a shirt? A cold Pacifico to the winner.
