The home owner has moved back to Oregon to care for an ailing parent. This IS a very good deal for a home in a well established neighborhood; one with ammenities not found south of ENS, not limited to it's direct access to Hwy 1 and the Pacific Ocean. The beach here is among the finest in the area. We have been in the house numerous times with our experienced builder eyes and find the home to be very sound, fully operational. The lot is very well landscaped and fenced, providing privacy and roomy outdoor living.
