Amazing what we can do in my garage dental office! Changing the world one smile at a time. I have 30 years of dentistry left in me, God willing. You are all invited to help. Maybe we can change one town then a county, then maybe even a state! Educate the children and you can effect real change. Look at Costa Rica and their litter problem. In the beach towns there is almost no litter. They brought it to the schools and now we see the benefits. This is my dream for Abreojos- then the next town. Not litter, fix their teeth and teach them to take care of them!

I think we can service Abreojos, La Bocana, and maybe even Asuncion with this new clinic. I have a possible full time dentist who may work the clinic. Pray for her to see the light and work for the town.

Next clinic sept 10-13 and mid oct with pig roast reunion in Mulege on Sat night.

Thanks for your support!

Gregorio

Craig is doing a wonderful job volunteering his time and equipment to Punta Abreojos. The people of PA really appreciate it.

Shari,

Yes, thats me. I would love to come up to Asuncion. Once the clinic is built I will have the portable dental chairs available also. We may have a dentist for our new clinic full time. Which would make things easier for helping other towns.

There is also a huge need for dentures. So hopefully we can get a lab technician trained.

Great stuff Craig!

It looks like a wonderful program you have going there. I know that work like this has an amazing impact on the recipients and greatly improves their self image.

Punta Abreojos Dental Clinic

Punta Abreojos Dental Clinic

The numbers are in. We treated 164 patients with 570 procedures this year plus what I did on my own. We had 5 official flying docs trips. Bajabushpilots has been a great source of pilots and dentists for this project.

Our first trip was in Feb. 09 and now the town has gotten land and the Cooperativa is going to build a dental/medical clinic for volunteers.

So things are progressing. Thanks to those who have supported our efforts. See www.abreojosdental.com for information and www.flyingdocs.org for trip videos.

This fall was an awesome fishing year. Marlin, yellowtail, halibut, wahoo, black seabass, tuna.

Hope to see you there.
