Otay Ramp (northbound) Reopened

Crossed at Otay yesterday (northbound) via SENTRI and noticed the ramp from Bellas Artes to the regular lanes has been reopened.

Hooray! Thank you for the report. That's how I will come home Sunday night after fishing.
That's by the carwash right?

Yep. When you make the right off Bellas Artes, overshoot the car wash by a meter or two, and you're on the ramp.

or make the wrong turn like you're going to SENTRI, get your car washed, then come out and make a right and a sharp right again!
