Current status of Hwy 1 construction?

Can anyone provide an update on the status of the Hwy 1 construction between TJ and Ensenada, and an estimate of the resulting delay, if any?

I think it's all opened up now. A while back, you couldn't get on ONE from the fence road but, I heard it's open now.
It's been a few weeks but, I don't recall any delay south of that. Still bridge work around La Misión but no delay.
See....it was a really hot day, my last time through, and I had to stop at Margaritaville in Puerto Nuevo for one [was that all I had?] of the coldest beers in Baja served by one of the coolest owners around, Dave. That's Nomad Dave.
I left there totally refreshed and brainless. Memory banks shut down so, I can't really help you with an accurate road report.
Honestly, I don't know why you asked me. Try someone else.

Dennis,

Can you get one of those NY Style Corned Beef sandwiches to go along with the beer?

I don't know, Ken. Sounds good, doesn't it. I've not looked at the menu, just the tall, frosty bottle of XX.
Dave used to have the NY DELI up there and I'm not sure if he brought any of his recipes over to the new place. I guess I'll have to stop and look.
