Just back from 4 day beach camping... 10-09

... and Baja Angel and I had a great time... We were the only ones camping on the entire beach... unbelievable beauty and relaxation!

A full trip report with details, road construction, photos, Pemex gas prices, border wait (what border wait!) and more coming soon!

PHOTOS in the report!

Glad you had a good trip. Gabriel and I are in GN for the night after a week in Bahia Asuncion and then back to San Diego.

Look forward to the report.

Great picture David

We just arrived in Yuma from Newport today. After laying in a months supply of goods and a VA appointment in El Centro Friday we will cross at Algodones early Saturday morning and spend the next 8 months on Bahia Santa Maria. It was a great summer vacation but it is time to go home. See ya on the beach.

No secrets from my friends at Baja Nomad... The location is the barrier island along the coast between Percebu and Bahia Santa Maria, about 20 miles south of San Felipe, that I call 'Shell Island'... Access is at Km. 26, and 4WD or deep sand driving ability is mandatory!

Some great photos of the animals who live on Shell Island, more sunsets, beach, beer and more!

STAY TUNED AMIGOS! :bounce::biggrin:
