First Annual Guys Trip To Baja

As many of you know, my 13 month old and I escaped to Baja for a week with the blessing of my wife and son's mother. We had a blast as usual. We enjoyed meeting the Bird Dog family as well as catching up with our friends and neighbors in Bahia Asuncion .

We decided to break up the trip home and got a room at Malarrimo in GN. Rooms were as reported by other Nomads. I got room service while my son napped and then we rooted on the Dodgers as they took on the Cardinals.

Finally, we were able to video conference with Mom each night via Yahoo Messenger. It's a great tool and free.

It's awesome the little one is being immersed in the culture from such a young age, but don't you think it's a little early to start him on the finer points of Tecate?:lol::lol:

JUST KIDDING!

Looks like an AWESOME trip. and nice tile work!

Thanks for sharing...

ps- I wish I'd had a video camera rolling when 'Nuts 0.5 (approx age 6) tasted whiskey......... priceless......

I am so impressed with your place, it is turning into a wonderful home. I am impressed with the trees! Your hard work is paying off in spades! Those first fruits from trees we plant are the ones we remember.

It's always great when father and son can get away and hang out together. They grow up so fast. Enjoy every minute while you can.

That's just great.

Nobody likes kids as much as the Mexicans. He'll be the center of attention.
