Here it is TW... Closer to 1000 kilometers this time... Easier on racer and crew budgets! A dual coast race, Cohabuzo Jcn. the farthest northeast and Matomi Wash will be the farthest southeast...

I see Mark and Andy in the Trophy Trucks and Daniel in 1/2 1600. I guess McMillin's figure it's OK and safe to go to Baja. Welcome back where you belong. It should make it even more exciting in the Trophy Trucks.

Also nice to see Robby Bell 1X on a Kawasaki. I hope he gives Honda a really good fight to the finish.

It was Parral (Azufre Pass) that used to get really messed up... at least for me... Are you going to come down Barry... and drive Matomi? Maybe search for the lost mission of Santa Isabel? :light:

Man, I would love to, David------but I have to get a few pesky health issues settled before I venture in Mexico again. (nothing that serious----skin problems)

Your posts (and others) keep my ambitions on a HIGH, tho-----maybe later on this year.

thanks for asking

Did I mention the highlight of my last Baja trip?

True story... I was coming home tired Sun afternoon just wanting to get home. Well, I came around a curve and there it was... the number 8 Ford trophy truck of Norman and Roessler ...my heart started pounding and the soundtrack of Dust to Glory circulated through my mind...I droppped the pedal of my Tundra (trailering 2 quads) with just enough room on the left and left him in the dust.

I looked in the mirror proudly and realized it was being trailered by the chase truck. Damn fine lookin rig!
