That second picture is really sad, but does seem to fit in well with the theme.

Well then hopefully, they were trying to educate the people who like to rip and tear up the desert, the dunes, etc., that they are also destroying the
homes of the natural critters. Maybe putting a face on those critters MIGHT make a few think a little about what they are destroying.
Nothing wrong with getting off the beat and track for camping, etc., but most of those machines are built for speed and destruction of the desert
land, sand dunes, and the creatures that inhabit it.

Have you ever gone to Mexico and seen what happens there during a race?
Keeping the public lands open to the publis in the U.S. is a good idea and it is the public who are caring of the land God gave us. No trash, no
destruction, and real appreciation of the outdoors is what happens north of the border. When the deserts are outlawed, then only outlaws will use the
deserts... Teaching our children to appreciate the desert and keep it beautiful is the goal we all should have... not to make it a forbiden zone that
is ignored.
In time, Mexico will catch up and the people will stop trashing the desert... SCORE does pay Mexico for damage repairs... I don't think the money gets
spent that way, always!

The more public lands in the US they close to off-road vehicles, the better. It is like when they closed more of the dunes outside of Calexico to the
off roaders---was a good thing.
Sorry, speeding across open deserts, dunes, etc., show no respect for the land. Deserts are very slow to heal. Lots of ways to teach respect for the
desert and to enjoy it that do not include ripping it up.
SCORE in Baja? Well, I won't comment.
