Some Sand Dunes

Water, just over those deep very soft dunes.

Looks like Sasquatch has moved to Baja

Just the different colors---

Would someone get that poor dog some drinking water?

Lots of places to be all alone.

Good guess, but no. These pix were taken just a few miles south of Bahia Asuncion. Lots and Lots of dunes in this area.

Thanks---they are great dunes---not easy walking, however.

Diane,

check Curt63's "Trip Report San Quintin".

His second photo reminds me of your first photo. Ironic, I was picturing those very dunes on that very beach after looking at your photo, Curt63's post came in hours after your original post...

i would have posted it here for comparison but...

THANKS---appreciate that very much.

BW---I saw Curt's post and the dunes are similar. I can see why you thought my pix might have been from there.

Mexitron----oh, that morning sky---I need to get up earlier more often. So much beautiful lonely area around here.

Muchas gracias----

It is a good thing they are so soft---I fell once climbing around right down on my bad knee and I could not catch myself because I had to hold the camera straight up to keep it out of the sand---there are priorities, after all.

Glad you like them.

Diane

Yes, that would be the Yeti decked out in shorts, sandals and sunglasses-----the smart one, the one who no longer has to wear those big furry coats.
