Land Surveying Costs?

Any nomads had land surveys done recently and can divulge costs? (La Paz municipality)

(I have a lotte and want to confirm (100%? HA!?) exact boundaries to prevent any future headaches!)

I'd also be curious of additional costs for surveying if said lotte was to be subdivided?

Had a 4000 sq. mt. lot surveyed in Loreto for the EIS study about a year ago and paid $700USD. A nice complete survey, however we just tried to confirm the coordinates and found that two of the four were not where they should be. We're trying to determine if they are typos or what as they are nowhere close to the actual position.

BTW, the coordinates listed on the Titilo are somewhere out in the ocean on the back side of Isla Carmen - go figure.
