Renting a car/jeep at airport help please
I'm going into San Jose Del Cabo Airport
in Oct, want to rent a car/jeep but found prices really high ( be in town for a week)
around 500.00. Staying in Los Barrieles,am I stuck with this or does someone have any better ideas. Going to do a lot of surf fishing and exploreing
so would like a car/jeep, would even rent something form Los Barrelies local.

put you in the drivers seat
do a google for "rent car' , they compare all brands and Hertz is about $150.00 USD per week for a compact car,i'm sure they will try to nic you for
the extra insurance but it still will not be 500 a week...while in that area and shore casting try to hit Tuna Hole...good luck,Bajadude

Certainly not $500 . . .
Last time there I walked in without a reservation (think it was Budget, but not sure) and got a standard Beetle for $20/day plus insurance.

Tommy, Buenavista Beach resort has cars for rent, don't know what the pricing would be, not the availability for October. Hortensia is not in the
office right now, but will be tomorrow (Today is Sunday). I will call and get the general figures, and email you. ............Lorena

car rental
Just returned from Los Barriles. Rented a 4-door Nissan pick-up with air from Thrifty car rentals at the airport. Made reservations on the internet.
Truck had 4-doors. worked well for 4-people. We had complete insurance. Bill was $338 for a week.
