CODE RR275

The RR 275 Mexiclai-San Felipe race was a blast. I want to say a big " Thank You " to Carlos and Mike for inviting me to race with them. It was a great 215 miles of racing through the desert.
Carlos brought the bike to me at RM 85 first place in class and third bike overall. I held our position and gave the bike to Mike at RM 145 with a seven minute lead. Mike rode hard the last 70 miles and kept our position all the way to the finish with a 15 minute lead over second place. Congratulation to us all for our first place finish and Carlos for his 2009 CODE Championship. Mike's CRF 450 ran great and we didn't have a single problem all day. Thanks to Alfonso, Karla and Erin for the great chase crew and pit support.

The parties Saturday night in San Felipe were just as good. The Taka Taka bands and dancing on the boardwalk, to the jukebox blaring AC/DC at Bar Miramar and good thing for those hotdog stands.I'm just going finish up saying it was a great weekend with family, friends, baja and racing.

Some pics over here..

That looks like fun. I have an 06 CRF450.
It's got some mods but is strickly setup for Socal motocross. Glen Helen, Comp Edgr Racetown, etc...
In SanQ where I have property they have a motocross track.
I would ike to get into some desert riding but I'm afraid to get too far away from my truck.
