URGENT! - RICE KRISPIES - URGENT!

I need some help. Co-Pilot has a yen for some old-fashioned Rice Krispy Bars.

I've looked in Sta. Rosalia, Mulege, and Loreto for the plain Rice Krispies..nada, nothing. Wierd Chocolate Rice Krispyos (yuck) they have, plain they do not. I ordered plain Kellogs Rice Krispies twice from Saul to bring from his weekly TJ Costco trips. Si, both times he brings back the damn chocolate! Who wants some yucky chocolate krispys?

So...if anyone coming from the USA can bring me a large box of Kellog's Rice Krispies ..PLAIN!!...and a good-sized bag of White marshmallows ..NOT THE GODAWFUL PINK!!..I will gladly pay double, give you a boat ride, 2 Maltese dogs, plus a cold glass of milk and a Krispy Bar.

Seriously in need...Urgent..Coyote Bay kilometer marker 108...Help!

.

BONUS: While researching the Krispy Bar recipes, I find that Marshmallows are our friends.

Whoo Hoo!

I just got up and will be cranking up the old diesel in the coach in about 2 hours for our drive to La Paz!

We will have stowed on board a large box of Kellog's Rice Krispies ..PLAIN!! And of coarse the regular marshmallows!!

Here we come! Will be at your house in Coyote Bay on the 18th!

Isn't this the second "care" package that we will be delivering to your place?

Our pleasure. Looking forward to seeing you.

Safe travels!

Ah, Pompano, you should have followed my simple directions to ISSSSSSSTE from El Pescador. Don just came home from there with a nice big fresh box of Rice Krispies clasico in the basket of his bike. Of course then you would have had to find Juarez market for the white marshmallows. The rule of shopping in Loreto is that you must go to three stores if you need two items.

But then again the rice krispy bars will be even better after three days of anticipation:dudette:

Fixtrauma, you'd better bring 2 bags of marshmallows, one white for the Crispies and one PINK for the halter top!

Darn it, Paula..I plumb forgot all about that great suggestion of yours when Co-pilot and I met you in Loreto's Supertienda Pescador. Thinking too much about fishing, I guess! I have written that info down in my journal and will never forget again, I promise.

And I know what you mean about shopping 4 different stores to get everything on a 'honeydew' list. Same thing happens in Mulege ...and it would upset me if it changed.

Don & Linda were true to thier word..except for arriving here on the 19th. They were late into Mulege and stayed at Marybelle's RV Park, which is still a mite storm-damaged.

Thank you so much, Don & Linda. It was a special pleasure to meet your family. Always great to see chldren playing on our beach. Super grandkids..and the dogs were a delight, also.

These rice krispies and marshmallows are on our kitchen counter now..and awaiting the chef's (Co-pilot) indulgence.

Delivery completed!

It was great visiting with you and Debbie. Our grandkids got an experience they will never forget. Thanks for the hospitality.

Pulled into Campestre Maranatha RV spot here in La Paz about 4:30. Shoes are off, feet are up and ready for some relaxing time.
