a Portuguese Pasta recipe

Can't argue with that! However, clams are subtle. Any time you douse them with spicy stuff, you lose everything except the rubber. I'll bet that if
you substituted shrimp for the clams and used linguica, it would be more tasty. And maybe try tequila, instead of vodka. Help me on this. Vodka is
basically tasteless. Alcoholics drink vodka because no one can detect any smell on their breath. Adding a tasteless alcohol, to a recipe where the
heat of cooking will burn off the alcohol means that you probably could have substituted water. Huh?
