Nothing would surprise me anymore. You had me thinking he found a way to convert the sewage treatment plant above his property into a rich lady's spa where they pack themselves in mud.....or something similar.

I remember when this project was getting started. I thought that condo real estate in Rosarito was officially legit.

Letterman often refers to that thing on Trump's head. Sad fact is that the man has no shame. Otherwise, how could he possibly be continually on TV.

What does he have to be ashamed about?

Again I ask...What is his shame? Why should he be ashamed?
Why?

I would be ashamed if a project I had my name on failed miserably. I really doubt he lost any $$ though.

Filing bankruptcy and screwing all the people he owed money to and probably never paid back one cent of that money. I do not know that for a fact, just that he filed bankruptcy and owed millions of dollars. I assume he is now in the position to pay those people back and I doubt very seriously that he has.
Like I said, I do not know all of the facts other than going BK and owing millions.

Sorry, Dennis. I just caught your question. Try this: It was Trump's father who created the family wealth. Donald has done little more than to drive himself and many partners into bankruptcies many times over the years. He is little more than a shameless self-promoter, who would probably be selling used cars today, if it was not for his father.

This was Ivanka's project and they claimed she bought a penthouse for herself. I thought the problem was the Mexican developer paid all the salespeople their commission first and then skipped out with the remainder of the advance deposits?
OK, of course the real problem was the land all along. They paid $5Million for a sewage pond view lot. Love that aerial pic- whoever posted it last...

This was just business as usual which is one reason luxury sales in Baja norte came to a screeching halt. Hate the Donald all you want- but if these people could trump him- what chance does any one else have?
