These are the alleged kidnappers of El Muleta's sister. I'll bet they wish they were waterboarded by the CIA instead of interrogated by the state police.



That poor guy looks like he walked into the same door several times.

Poor guy should learn how to walk and he would not fall so much.
Or better yet just answer the questions. Have a friend who is an EX Baja plain clothes cop. Someone took a ice chest from the park many years ago. He knew who it was and took him to the beach to teach him how to swin. found the ice chest never lost stuff again. the cop is retired but still around.
