"Been hear all week The Police have been watching our plane every hour. The strip is in great shape the town wants more airplane triffic and are working hard to show us that.

This is old Mexico the way it was 30 years ago. Its to good to pass up."

from BBP post

these brave flying souls had a blast here...caught lots of fish...drank lots of beer...toured the island...AND their plane was still on the strip when they wanted to depart! The police and the military took turns doing rounds to check on it.

the flying doctors are here as well doing a clinic...gotta run as I've been assisting them as a translator...have a great cloudy day everybody!

what??!!
did they REALLY pull the nose wheel??
what is it, a 206? looks like one.
or a 182 although i never saw a 182 with a scimitar prop.

206 = cartel favorite.
glad the town police is helping make BA GA friendly.

yeah...sort of...
i sent MV a PM to ask if i can go next time.
looks like fun peoples.
summer is just around the corner = look for heat escape from AZ desert, pacific baja beats the heck out of SOCAL!! - he said on BBP the YT fishing with Juan was THE BEST - big yellows.

i am trying to get some interest in members to do a raid on BA this summer.
a group flight would be nice. am confident you could round up enough rooms for all.

gracias Mike...those folks were the bomb!!! We sure had us some fun and the flying medicos from San Fran were here at the same time so it was a real flyboys party.

The clinic was terrific and I learned a ton as i got to assist the doc.... and just after this photo was taken, they taxi'd out to the runway and it started raining...of all things...so they decided to be safe and wait for better weather...the next day.....soooooo....David and Nancy at Galeria Bahia hosted another one of thier epic dinner/dance parties...crab, abalone c-cktail, rice & beans, tequila...wooo hooo...a good time was had by all...AND both planes were NOT stolen!!

Upon even closer inspection, one might see the cable lock wrapped around propellers....
