My son's in laws have property there and live there as well. They have a high crime rate he told me.. Higher than some of the othr areas.
Is that true?

Your son would know first hand, living there. Yes, it could be true; the crime rate in this area could be higher than some.

NO my son does not live there. His wifes family lives there.
lots of boat traffic they said.

Nice looking house, but am surprised they didn't carry the rock theme into the bathroom for a truly unique one.

That's not a roof, that a chicken coop covering, easy to fix though. Good to see the prices in Baja getting a reality check.

Overall, looks like a great place and a great deal. But, in the one picture, that yellow house- a neighbor? Seems unusually close, given the location.
