Chicken Point Bench Needed Repairs

The Chicken Point Bench at the San Pedrito surf break is where local surfers checkout the break before going out, and if the surf is too big you can just sit and wonder and remember earlier days when you were brave enough to venture out. As you can see the bench was being undercut by all the chickens shuffleing their feet. What to do? Organize a Friends of the bench committee, design a solution, raise funds and donated materials, and get er done.
Is repairing this monument, qualify as building on the dunes?

Palapa? Now there's a thought!
How about Rum and Cokes or Captain drinks during sunset!
Now we're talking.
