Dos Hermanos, south of Ensenada at the corner of Highway 1 and the Estero Beach turnoff. Dozens of chickens roasting continuously on a giant
rotisserie over a massive wood fire. I hit it every time down. Great carnitas and smoking salsa, too. I believe you've posted a photo of the place
here before.

Grilled...
Home made grilled pollo, marinated with a special sauce that my wife prepares (even I do not know the recipe for that), with an extremely good mexican
salsa and some home made corn tortillas...mmmmm!!....
Unfortunaltely you can not buy this in any restaurants, but if we ever have a bajanomads gathering, I may convinced her to cook this for us....!!

Can't seem to get the attachments to post......anyway, build a chimney with adobe and rocks and figure out a way to put a grill shelf in there above
the smoking wood and you're all set....man I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.......August--must go to Baja in August!!

I still call them french fries. But I never Capitalize the word french because they are no longer a Capital Nation.
Told you we would still argue. Ha!
