if you see a vehicle with this license tag....


driving in Baja - please pull it over and check the driver for hydration....if he's acting erratic....insert cold beer into his maw and force him to consume.
Repeat as necessary until he begins to act ratic.:lol::lol:

Last I saw that plate it was on a dusty Nissan Pathfinder being driven southbound by a road-worn Jimmy Smith in 2002, I think.
