Looks like the same trailer, Bob.
The one in that is for sale, however, does not state how long the trailer is or what the bedroom looks like.
But it's still a helluadeal for a low budget retiree!

Especially if he has Sherpa blood coursing through his veins. Rancho Packard, where the trailer is located, is very hilly.

That brochure says that model is 29' long ... the one for sale has a 32' long deck, so maybe it's the same one. Unreal.

The trailer is a 38 footer. Despite the hilly terrain, the lot is large enough to park several cars.
