" All Done".

That is great!

I can't wait for Neal to post so we all can read his own recount of the ordeal. I'm sure there'll be a lot of humor in it but nonetheless will offer some lessons learned too.

Yeah baby! You've got to love her!

The time I knew it was okay to take her was when I attempted the Swamp Lake Trail in the Sierra National Park. It was nuts!!! 10x worse than any of this stuff - you really need a short wheelbase and 40" tires.

We didn't have a winch so we had to Hi-Lift our way out of problems! - After we had already gone too far, I asked her, "Do you think we should turn around?"

She looked at me and said, "I thought you wanted to fish Hatch Lake?"

Being that we sere solo and no winch, we turned around!

Hi guys, nice trip, epic adventure indeed

I couldn't make it this time and will not be able to go off roading (house remodeling) in 1 or 2 more months but September sounds perfect for my yearly trip to MSM.

You may not have the energy to go again so soon but for the first timers of this adventure I have something to say: If you didn't go to "la poza de la escuadra" you need to repeat this trip

Great pics everybody, congratulations!

CG: true off roader not leaving anybody behind. You tha man!

BajaRoadrunner, I Loved you YouTube videos of the Widowmaker and beyond! I posted links to thel over on Tacoma World to 'bait' some of those 'Taco' owners to come to Baja! You were brave to go alone (no other vehicles) in that Jeep Cherokee!

We were lucky that if just one Tacoma World member joined us, it was the 'great' HB Murphy... and we were lucky that he did! Paul (hbmurphy) gets the 'Alpha Male' award from me for his skills and leadership in getting everyone through so well. We Nomads are fortunate to have Paul with us and that he has joined Baja Nomad, as well!
