Papaya c-cktail
3 cups diced papayas
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon grated onion
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon catsup
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
Optional chopped jalapeno and/or Serrano chiles
Mixed greens
Marinate fruit in juice for 30 minutes; chill. Heat sugar over medium heat until melted, stirring constantly; gradually add the onion, butter, catsup
and mayonnaise. (NOTE: If you want a spicy note, add chopped jalapeno or serrano chles.) Cook over low heat until the sauce is well blended; chill.
Serve papaya in c-cktail or sherbet glasses topped with sauce and garnished with lettuce. Makes 6 servings.

the world of agave ?

I think you need to take the same approach as you would when changing dog food brands.
You will need to slowly dillute your scotch using tequila, over a span of a week or so, until you no longer have any scotch in the tequila.
I recomend the following:
Day 1: 80% scotch 20% tequila
Day 2: 60% scotch 40% tequila
Day 3: 40% scotch 60% tequila
Day 4: 20% scotch 80% tequila
Day 5: 0% scotch 100% tequila
